Our Kru Muay Thai program is designed with the physical, technical and mental needs of adults in mind. The benefits of training in Muay Thai are many. The classes are presented as an effective 4 range system of self defense, teaching the students to effectively defend and attack against long range techniques (kicks), mid-range (punches, open hand attacks), close range (elbows and knees)as well as grappling, throwing and ground fighting.

Also classes provide an insight into this fascinating traditional and modern martial art as well as excellent stress relief and a motivated full body workout.
